MiLovey.com/MiLovey.lv, hereafter called webpage or site, is operated by SIA Family Magic. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SIA Family Magic. SIA Family Magic offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. A distance contract between the customer and MiLovey.com/MiLovey.lv will come into force once an order has been accepted through this web site.
2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
After customer ads to the shopping basket preferred goods, we accept payments via Visa, Maestro and MasterCard and online banking. Our payment area is fully secure and handled by Paysera. Note that all purchases must be paid in full before delivery takes place. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) currency. In case of international shipments, you bear the full responsibility for importing the goods and paying any applicable taxes, duties, and other charges.
Before dispatching goods, we manually check all orders to ensure the best quality for our customers. We ship via Omniva parcel machines, Omniva couriers and Latvian postal service.

We reserve the right to explicitly notify you in rare cases of extra shipping costs before the final payment confirmation.
4. CANCELLING AN ORDER
In case you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone. If your order hasn't been shipped we will cancel it immediately and refund the full price. If goods were already shipped, please return them to us within 14 calendar days after receiving it. For more details about the product return, please read return of the goods terms section.
5. RETURN OF GOODS
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have an opportunity to change it within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. We accept goods if they are returned in a good quality, meaning products are clean, not damaged, with all labels and with the original packaging. Before sending goods, please contact us either by email or telephone and we will find out the best return delivery for you. Please add a letter where you have indicated your name, last name, and the reason why you want to return the particular item. Please keep the bill of posting from the Post Office or Omniva parcel machines when returning items, as we do not keep responsibility for the returned items which were lost. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage, unless the goods are defective and the reason for your return is our mistake.
6. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there might be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time. Importantly, we have done our best to display the colors and the qualities of the products as accurately as possible. However, it might be the case that colors will differ depending on the settings of your monitor/devices, we do not guarantee a complete color match.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. Thus, any information you are going to willingly give us will remain private and secure, and that your payment details will be treated with utmost confidentiality. We enable HTTPS/SSL for our webpage which makes all transactions are secure by default. Importantly, we do not store information regarding debit cards and credit cards.
We will not provide your personal information to the third parties unless you give us permission or we are obliged to do so by law. However, we have rights to provide customer’s information to a third party concerning the details necessary for the delivery of the order.
